Stretch sleeve film protection

The stretch sleeve film packaging completely encapsulates the transport tray from top to bottom in a layer of high-performance film sheath. It's actually like a glove. The stretch sleeve film package provides five side protection: the top is closed to ensure that the product remains dry and provides UV radiation protection; the four sides are also very strong, further reducing the risk of weather damage, while providing excellent stability and clamping force.

The stretch sleeve film extends below the bottom edge of the pallet and tightly wraps around the bottom edge to completely secure the cargo. The result? The product is firmly attached to the pallet. Very nice.

The recommended stretch sleeve film structure provides excellent elasticity for the film to fit closely with the outline of the package. 

Excellent toughness and puncture resistance are key. Good tear resistance is another advantage. You can even obtain the clamping force at a lower density and reduce the cost of raw materials.

The process of drawing casing film has many advantages:

- The stretch sleeve film packaging machine can pack more than 100 pallets of goods per hour, while the stretch film can only pack about 60 goods per hour.

- A roll of stretch sleeve film is suitable for 800 to 1200 pallets; a roll of stretch film is usually suitable for about 150 pallets.

- The film roll of the stretched casing shall be replaced every 5-12 hours; the film roll of the stretched casing shall be replaced every few hours.

The above advantages lead to higher production, less downtime and higher productivity.
